Promotional copies of Scattered: The Forced Deportation of Poland's Ukrainians After World War II by Diana Howansky Reilly are now available to groups/organizations who wish to purchase copies (for resale) of this groundbreaking nonfiction book, which follows several of Diana's family members through their experiences with war and deportation.

The publisher, University of Wisconsin Press, offers a 50% nonreturnable bulk discount for orders of 50 copies or more, or a 45% returnable discount on any quantity.  Organization leaders can call the warehouse directly at the phone number on the promotional flyer (see the link below) and mention the nonprofit discount.

In addition, promotional flyers for "Scattered" can be accessed at the link below.  We encourage our "Lemko Project" followers to post flyers on church or organizational bulletin boards, in church bulletins, on online message boards, websites, etc.

  1. This is a wonderful book--one of the best I've ever read. The first-hand accounts of Akcja Wisla jump off the page. This book should be read by everyone of Lemko ancestry, regardless of whether you are of the Rusy or Ukrainian orientation. Nancy
